Please read these terms carefully. They apply to every wholesale order placed on Misba Creations.
Misba Creations sells on a wholesale basis to shops and resellers. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for business / resale purposes.
A minimum order quantity of 5 Qty must be reached before checkout is allowed (total Qty across all products in the cart). The current minimum is shown on the cart and checkout pages and may be updated by us at any time. Orders below the minimum cannot be placed.
All prices are wholesale rates in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability may change without notice. GST, where applicable, is charged as per law and your GST number (if provided at registration) is used on the invoice.
Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery. Online payment options (such as UPI and cards) may be added later and will be announced on the website. An order is confirmed once we accept it, and we may cancel COD orders that cannot be verified.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Home delivery is not guaranteed for every pin code. Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.
An order can be cancelled only before it is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of your address and phone number. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you place the order apply to that order.
